Join us for the final 2013-2014 Smart Women Series session at the Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas Council Office, where leadership training for young women begins.
Our provocateur, Lenore Gregson (formerly Kaiser), is the owner of Kaiser Medical Management and former host of KTSA's - Kaiser Health Talk on 550AM. Lenore has over 16-years experience in the health industry and over 22-years experience in fitness. She most recently received her Pro Card from the International Federation of Body Builders in November 2013 at the NPC National Championships in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The American Diabetes Association also honored Lenore this January with the Stop Diabetes "SHARE Leadership Award."
Lenore will share her views on self image and how it affects us both personally and professionally. She will also discuss ways that we can enhance our views about our own self image.
