We are proud to bring you some of the communities most renowned women leaders during our POWERhour! Luncheons! We start 2020 with Katie Harvey, CEO of KGBTexas Communications, as our February POWER Speaker!

As CEO, Katie Harvey has grown her full-service marketing and communications agency from its humble origins as a boutique public relations firm to a debt-free, multimillion-dollar company. KGBTexas is now one of the largest, women-owned communication agencies in Texas employing more 40 employees.

In 2005, Katie’s entrepreneurial spirit led the agency to expand its presence outside San Antonio by opening an office in the Houston market. KGBTexas’ expansion is a direct result of Katie’s determination to develop a versatile, cross-industry client roster and to offer the most advanced communications counsel in areas such as brand development, crisis communications, and public affairs.

Fueled by Katie’s entrepreneurial spirit and guided by her leadership, KGBTexas has played an integral role in some of San Antonio’s largest and most visible public and private-sector initiatives for clients and in improving San Antonio’s infrastructure, environment, and community.
