Feeling a little stressed with work, kid's schedules, and still trying to fit in a little time for yourself? Then this is the session has your name all over it!

Our provocateur, Dr. Dean Odmark, a licensed chiropractor with Lifestyle Chiropractic, is also a member of The Foundation for Wellness Professionals - San Antonio Chapter, who's membership is comprised of healthcare professionals that volunteer their time to speak on such topics as stress, digestive problems, depression, improving athletic performance, and more.

In addition, Dr. Odmark is a 1976 graduate of Grand Valley State University in Michigan, where he was also an elementary school teacher for 5 years. In 1984 he graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He has been a member of Toastmasters International for 10 years and President of Doctors Speakers Bureau.

A recognized speaker, both locally and internationally, Dr. Odmark was recently the keynote speaker for the International Baptist convention held in San Antonio.

Dr. Odmark will explain why stress is the underlying cause of most illnesses. During this session Dr. Odmark will educate the attendees on the symptoms of stress, how stress affects the body's overall health, and what a person can do to relieve stress both at work and at home, so that they can feel better and enjoy more out of life.
